The purpose of this meeting is to convene diverse voices from across the federal government, the U.S. military, and the private sector to identify the most urgent cybersecurity research and development needs to strengthen our ability to confront emergent cyber threats on a national level.
- Identify opportunities for R&D and capability development that will enable implementation of national cybersecurity strategy
- Break down silos between R&D communities in order to better align R&D efforts with the operational environments of cyber conflict and competition
- Anticipate trends in cyber conflict evolution and R&D, technology, and capability needs
